The Taste of Chino Valley is a premier event designed to highlight the best dining experiences the region has to offer. As a participating restaurant, you’ll have the chance to showcase your signature dishes to an enthusiastic crowd of food lovers, local residents, and potential new customers. The event will take place on Thursday, May 1, 2025 from 5:30pm to 8:30pm with a setup time of 2pm at The Shoppes at Chino Hills.

Will the restaurants have support on the day-of the event?

We are excited to partner with Chaffey College, which is actively recruiting culinary students to assist on-site at The Taste event!

How Culinary Students Will Be Involved:

  • Hands-On Experience 

  • Assisting participating restaurants with food prep, plating, and service

  • Event Logistics – Supporting kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow at vendor booths.

  • Networking Opportunities – Connecting with industry professionals and potential employers

  • .Community Engagement – Showcasing their skills while contributing to a major local event.

Is there a fee to participate?

There is no fee but a $50 refundable deposit is required and will be refunded after the event to keep your placement, restaurants will be provided with the opportunity to showcase their cuisine but we encourage you to become a member. Click here to learn more.

Is power accessible for participants?

Outlet plugs will not be available. Please bring your own generator if power is needed.

When will we receive the floor plan?

The floorplan will be emailed by April 21st, along with additional instructions a couple of weeks before the event.

What costs or items will the chamber provide to restaurants?

The chamber will provide the following:

  • 10x10 exhibitor space

  • wo chairs

  • One 6ft table

  • Four attendee tickets per restaurant

What documents are needed for the Taste of Chino Valley applications?

  • Health permit

  • Marketing logo

  • Cuisine photographs

Please note that if these documents are not submitted by April 21, 2025, you will not be able to participate in the event.

Is a tent required?

YES! We ask that you bring weights to secure the tent. Additional rentals are available:

  • 10x10 canopy: $175

  • Extra chair: $2 each

  • Extra table: $15

  • 6ft linen: $24

When will we receive the estimated headcount for samples?

  • An estimated base is count (300-500 guests). A final count will be provided by April 28th.

  • Please consider offering vegan samples for attendees with dietary restrictions.
