As a participating restaurant, you’ll have the chance to showcase your signature dishes to an enthusiastic crowd of food lovers, local residents, and potential new customers. The event will take place on Thursday, May 1, 2025 from 5:30pm to 8:30pm with a setup time of 2pm at The Shoppes at Chino Hills.

Is there a fee to participate?
No, restaurants will be provided with the opportunity to showcase their cuisine but we encourage you to become a member. Click here to learn more.
Is power accessible for participants?
No, outlet plugs will not be available. Please bring your own generator if you need power.
When will we receive the floorplan?
The floorplan will be emailed a couple of weeks before the event with additional instructions.
What materials will the chamber provide?
The chamber will provide:
Two chairs
One 6ft table
Four attendee tickets per restaurant

Marketing logo

Is a tent required?
10x10 canopy: $150
Extra chair: $2 each
Extra table: $15
6ft linen: $24

When will we get a headcount for samples?
An attendee estimate (300-500 guests) will be provided by May 10th. Please consider offering vegan samples for attendees with dietary restrictions.
What should we bring to prepare?
10x10 tent (optional but recommended, use weights for stability)
Tablecloth (for a 6ft table, branded if possible)
Marketing materials (flyers, coupons, etc.)
Branded decor (banners, signage, balloons, etc.)

Will the restaurants have support on the day-of the event?
We are partnering with Chaffey College and they are working to recruit culinary students to assist on-site at the event.
